We engaged Simon to help us create a strategy to grow our business. Initially this involved a questionnaire to get some key facts before a full face-to-face session for a day where we explored our ethos, the future plans of the directors as individuals, aims for the business, our finances, service offering – pretty much everything.
The result is an ambitious plan to grow the business over the medium term in terms of turnover and profitability. This has key indicators and tasks to complete and provides us with a working document highlighting where we are and what we need to do.
As a result we have made many changes including company ownership, have moved to better and more prestigious premises and increased staff numbers. We have a clear strategy on where we want to be 5 years from now and a plan to achieve that.
